When will my badass jewelry arrive?

All items in stock will ship within 2 days of completed purchase. However, many of our items are made to order and will take 2-4 weeks to ship. We want you to be wearing your new shiny object ASAP, so we will make every effort to expedite your order, whenever possible. Orders will not be produced until full payment is made. For rush orders at an additional fee, please contact us directly at hello@goldandsmoke.com.

If any unforeseen issues arise with your order, we will contact you directly for resolution. 

REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What’s the skinny on returns?

We are a humble Mom and Pop operation, therefore, we are only able to accept returns for exchange. If a problem should arise, please contact us directly to discuss your order. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for exchanges.

REPAIRS

My new puppy used my jewelry as a chew toy, what do I do?

All GOLD AND SMOKE jewelry is guaranteed on defects in material and workmanship for a period of 30 days from delivery. Normal wear and tear, improper care, or damage resulting from misuse will void this warranty. Treat all your jewelry with consideration and care and it should last you a lifetime. Just a friendly suggestion, don’t go rock climbing with your rings on. Give those babies a time out and put them back on when you’re off the mountain. It’s the little things!
 
However, should you require a repair, please contact us at hello@goldandsmoke.com with the item in need of repair, what repair is needed, details from the original sales invoice, and your contact information. We will assess the damage/repair and approve it on a case-by-case basis at our discretion, depending on the nature of the repair. We are here to help and we will always make our best effort to find a resolution for you.

SHIPPING, TAXES AND DUTIES

As soon as it’s deemed habitable, I’m moving to Mars, do you ship to that zip code?

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. For international orders, please contact us directly at hello@goldandsmoke.com.

Shipping is free within the United States via UPS, and packages are insured at their full value to protect your merchandise. Shipping to Canada is a flat $45 fee.

Many items (except when noted) on goldandsmoke.com are made to order and shipping will take 2-4 weeks.

State sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped to Colorado.

We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange the taxes, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.
